For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply throughout:

2.1  These Terms form the entire agreement between you and z25 with respect to your use of the Platform. They are supplemented by the z25 Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the Platform from time to time. In the event of conflict, the specific rules take precedence over these general Terms for the specific matter to which they relate.

2.2  Your acceptance of these Terms is expressed through any of the following acts: (a) completing the account registration process; (b) checking the acceptance checkbox during registration; (c) making a deposit; or (d) placing a wager on the Platform. All of the foregoing constitute full and unconditional acceptance.

2.3  z25 reserves the right to update or revise these Terms at any time. Revised Terms become effective upon publication at z25.bio/terms-conditions. Continued use of the Platform after publication constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Where a revision is material, z25 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered Players via email or in-platform notification.

3.1  To be eligible to register and use the z25 Platform you must: (a) be at least 21 years of age; (b) be a natural person acting on your own behalf; (c) not be a resident of a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law; (d) not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of z25 or any affiliated entity; and (e) not be subject to self-exclusion on any Philippine gaming platform or PAGCOR-maintained exclusion register.

3.2  z25 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid government-issued Philippine ID, passport, or driver's licence. Where age cannot be verified, z25 may suspend the account and withhold any associated funds pending completion of verification, in accordance with applicable PAGCOR guidelines.

3.3  Any account found to have been opened by or on behalf of a person under 21 years of age will be immediately closed. All deposits made through such an account will be returned to the original depositing payment method after deducting any winnings derived from wagers placed while underage. z25 will report such incidents to PAGCOR as required.

4.1  One Account Per Person. Each natural person may maintain only one registered Account on the z25 Platform. Opening or operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, mobile numbers, or email addresses — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all bonus credits held therein.

4.2  Accuracy of Information. You are required to provide complete, accurate, and truthful information at registration and to keep that information current. You must promptly notify z25 of any change to your registered mobile number, email address, or payment details. z25 will not be liable for failed withdrawals or communications resulting from outdated account information.

4.3  Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or two-factor authentication codes with any third party. z25 will treat any instruction issued from an authenticated session as having been authorised by the account holder. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify z25 support immediately.

4.4  KYC Verification. z25 is required by Philippine anti-money laundering and gaming regulations to complete identity verification on all Player accounts before processing withdrawals. KYC documentation may also be requested at any time z25 deems necessary for regulatory compliance purposes. Refusal to provide KYC documentation may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals.

5.1  Accepted Payment Methods. z25 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following channels: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and InstaPay. Additional channels may be added or removed at z25's discretion with reasonable notice to Players.

5.2  Minimum Amounts. The minimum deposit is ₱100. The minimum withdrawal is ₱200. Maximum transaction limits apply per channel and may vary; current limits are displayed in your account dashboard at the time of the transaction.

5.3  Currency. All transactions on the z25 Platform are processed in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). z25 does not accept or process transactions in any foreign currency.

5.4  Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed by z25 in the order received. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically credited within 5 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals via BPI, BDO, or Metrobank are typically credited within 15–30 minutes during normal operating conditions. Processing times may be extended in cases where KYC verification is incomplete or where z25 is investigating unusual account activity.

5.5  Source of Funds. You represent and warrant that all funds deposited to z25 are derived from legitimate, lawful sources. z25 is legally required to report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) and PAGCOR in accordance with Republic Act No. 9160 as amended. Deposits made through a payment method not registered to the account holder may be refused or reversed.

5.6  Withdrawal to Original Payment Method. z25 applies a same-method withdrawal policy wherever technically feasible. Withdrawals will generally be returned to the GCash number, Maya wallet, or bank account used for the corresponding deposit. If the original method is unavailable, z25 will determine an appropriate alternative in accordance with applicable compliance procedures.

6.1  z25 offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and loyalty programme rewards. All bonuses are subject to these general Terms and to the specific terms and conditions published with each promotion. In the event of conflict, the promotion-specific terms prevail for the specific bonus concerned.

6.2  Wagering Requirements. Unless stated otherwise, all bonus credits awarded to a Player account are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus will be stated clearly at the time of offer. z25 does not permit withdrawal of bonus credits or associated winnings until wagering requirements are fully satisfied.

6.3  One Bonus Per Player. Welcome bonuses are available to each eligible Player once only. Attempting to claim a first-deposit bonus multiple times — whether through duplicate accounts or any other means — is a Prohibited Activity and will result in forfeiture of all bonus-derived winnings and account suspension.

6.4  z25 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time with or without prior notice. Promotional terms published at z25.bio take precedence over any representation made in third-party advertising or on social media channels not operated directly by z25.

7.1  All games available on the z25 Platform — including slots, live dealer, bingo, Hi-Lo, Wheel, and sports betting — are subject to individual game rules displayed within each game interface. Players are responsible for reading and understanding applicable game rules before placing a wager.

7.2  RNG Certification. All z25 slot and RNG-based games use independently certified random number generation engines. Certification documentation is maintained in accordance with PAGCOR requirements. Published RTP figures for each game reflect the independently verified, long-run theoretical return percentage.

7.3  Malfunctions and Errors. In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or communication failure during a wager, z25 reserves the right to void the affected wager and return the staked amount to the Player's wallet. Where a malfunction results in an incorrect display of a winning outcome, z25 is not obligated to honour such a displayed outcome and will restore the correct game state. z25 will notify affected Players of any voided wager where technically practicable.

7.4  Sports Betting. All sports betting markets are subject to z25's Sports Betting Rules, which govern settlement procedures, in-play betting rules, void event policies, and market suspension protocols. Players are responsible for ensuring bets are placed correctly before confirmation. Confirmed bets are binding subject only to the Sports Betting Rules and these Terms.

7.5  Finality of Results. The results generated by z25's certified RNG and live dealer systems are final and binding. Disputes regarding the outcome of any game or sports event must be raised within seven (7) calendar days of the relevant game round or event settlement. z25 will not consider disputes raised after this period.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the z25 Platform. z25 reserves the right to take immediate action — including account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement — in response to any of the following:

• Registering or operating more than one Account on the Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration or during KYC verification.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using stolen, fraudulently obtained, or unauthorised payment credentials to deposit funds.
• Using any automated software, bot, script, algorithm, or artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform, exploit games, or gain an unfair advantage over other players or the house.
• Engaging in or facilitating money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other activity in violation of Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act) or its amendments.
• Colluding with other players or with z25 staff to manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform's software to generate winnings that would not otherwise be achievable. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are void.
• Threatening, abusing, harassing, or using offensive language towards z25 support staff or other players.
• Attempting to circumvent self-exclusion measures or re-registering after a self-exclusion has been applied.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited under local law.

9.1  z25 reserves the right to suspend or close any Player Account at any time with immediate effect if z25 reasonably determines that: (a) the Player has engaged in Prohibited Activity; (b) the Player has breached any material provision of these Terms; (c) the Player has provided false information in connection with the Account; (d) the Account is subject to a law enforcement order, court order, or regulatory direction; or (e) suspension is required for the Player's own protection under z25's Responsible Gaming Policy.

9.2  Where an Account is suspended or closed as a result of suspected Prohibited Activity, z25 may withhold Player Funds pending investigation. If the investigation confirms Prohibited Activity, z25 may forfeit Player Funds as liquidated damages to the extent permitted by PAGCOR regulations and applicable Philippine law.

9.3  Where an Account is closed in circumstances not related to Prohibited Activity, any Player Funds balance will be returned to the Player's registered withdrawal method within a commercially reasonable timeframe following completion of any applicable KYC verification.

9.4  Voluntary Closure. A Player may request closure of their Account at any time by contacting z25 support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Before closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be settled in accordance with the usual processing timeframes described in Section 5.

10.1  z25 provides the following responsible gaming tools in every Player Account: (a) deposit limits (daily, weekly, and monthly); (b) loss limits (daily, weekly, and monthly); (c) session time limits and session reminders; (d) cooling-off periods (24 hours, 7 days, 30 days); and (e) permanent self-exclusion. These tools are available in Account Settings at all times.

10.2  Reductions to deposit or loss limits take effect immediately. Increases to limits are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect. This asymmetry is deliberate and is designed to protect Players who may be in financial or emotional distress.

10.3  z25 complies with PAGCOR's responsible gaming standards, including requirements relating to staff training, mandatory player protection disclosures, and contribution to player protection resources as directed by PAGCOR from time to time.

10.4  Players who are subject to a self-exclusion — whether applied voluntarily through z25 or through any PAGCOR-administered exclusion register — are prohibited from opening a new z25 Account during the exclusion period. Accounts opened in breach of a self-exclusion will be closed and any winnings derived from wagers placed during the exclusion period will be forfeited.

11.1  All content on the z25 Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, graphics, logos, game titles, brand names, interface designs, animations, text, and data — is the intellectual property of z25 or its licensed providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property law.

11.2  z25 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming entertainment during the term of your Account registration. This licence does not include the right to: (a) copy, reproduce, or distribute any Platform content; (b) modify, decompile, or reverse engineer any software on the Platform; (c) use any z25 brand name, trademark, or logo in any manner without written permission.

11.3  The z25 name, logo, and associated marks are trademarks of z25. Unauthorised use of any z25 trademark — including in social media profiles, copycat sites, or promotional materials — is prohibited and may constitute trademark infringement under Philippine law.

12.1  To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, z25 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any gaming losses sustained.

12.2  z25 does not warrant that the Platform will operate uninterrupted, error-free, or that any defect will be corrected. Planned maintenance, emergency outages, or third-party infrastructure failures may result in temporary unavailability of the Platform. z25 will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of planned maintenance.

12.3  z25's aggregate liability to any individual Player for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of Player Funds deposited to the Account in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12.4  Nothing in these Terms limits z25's liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by z25's negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or (c) any liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory provisions of Philippine consumer protection law.

13.1  z25 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with Republic Act No. 10173 (the Data Privacy Act of 2012) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations. z25's Privacy Policy, available at z25.bio/privacy-policy, sets out in full how personal data is collected, used, stored, shared, and protected.

13.2  By registering an Account you consent to z25 processing your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy. This includes processing for account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, responsible gaming monitoring, and the provision of personalised promotions where you have opted in.

13.3  z25 may share personal data with PAGCOR, the AMLC, and other Philippine government authorities as required by law or regulatory directive. z25 will not sell personal data to third-party marketing organisations.

14.1  Complaint Process. If you have a complaint relating to your Account or a game outcome, you should contact z25 customer support in the first instance via the 24/7 live chat available on the Platform. z25 will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and endeavour to resolve it within 5 business days.

14.2  Escalation. If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction through z25's internal process, you may escalate it to PAGCOR's Player Protection Division through PAGCOR's official channels. z25 will cooperate fully with any PAGCOR-mediated dispute resolution process.

14.3  Governing Law. These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them — including disputes relating to their existence, validity, or termination — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. The courts of Manila, Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any legal proceedings arising from these Terms.

14.4  Language. These Terms are written in English. In the event of any conflict between an English version and any translation of these Terms, the English version shall prevail.

15.1  z25 may amend these Terms at any time. The revised Terms will be published at z25.bio/terms-conditions with an updated effective date. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Players via email or in-platform notification at least 7 calendar days prior to the effective date wherever practicable.

15.2  If you do not accept an amendment to these Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 9.4. Continued use of the Platform after an amendment's effective date constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.
